Programme statistics at a glance
Transforming Lives - providing an education for orphaned and vulnerable children at primary (65 pupils), disabled specialist schools (17), secondary (17), tertiary and university (10 students).​

Microfinance - for women: over 3,675 loans and 3,105 members, along with a savings scheme (based on the Grameen model), lifting families out of poverty. Now completely sustainable and self supporting. ​
Microfinance - for the disabled: The King David project has 2,166 active members and 557 loans made, alongside a savings scheme - enabling financial independence.​
Feeding - providing a daily hot lunch for over 1,900 children at 9 local primary schools.​
Disabilities - a free full-time Clinic operates for the disabled in our community, serving over 170 families. A respite house has been built for 4 boys and young men with complex disabilities, who require full time care.
​Period Poverty - purchasing 2,500 packs of sanitary pads every month and distributing to 52 local schools, enabling them to attend school every week.​​​
Milling house - milling maize into flour for the local community.​
Prevention of early pregnancies - rolling out a community-wide education programme to prevent early pregnancies.​
Football coaching/competition - gathering girls and boys from 12 local primary schools over weekends to give coaching and start an inter school league/knock out competition. Keeping youngsters occupied! Long term aim: to get at least 4 players in to National Teams in 10 years time!​

Alternative Rite of Passage - this successful programme, run throughout the whole community for 12 years, has seen the end of FGM, bringing freedom to every young woman in the community.
